A Word From The Chef
Hello, my name is Chef Ash Tucker.
For over
five years I have been providing the Jackson Hole area with high quality cuisine focused on local, regional and world influenced
flavors.
In my time in Jackson I have been Executive Chef at The Vertical in Teton Village and at The
Granary, at Spring Creek Ranch.
Now, I hope to provide the same quality food in the comfort of your home.
My
career has embraced a very diverse array of food,being trained in Classical European, as well as Pan Asian, Pacific Rim, Vegan
and Vegetarian cuisine.
Cooking the last fifteen years from Florida to Seattle ensures a taste for every discriminating
palate.
